Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Viareline order. This policy explains your rights and how to return an item. It does not affect the rights you have under Swedish and EU consumer law.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you live in the EU or EEA, you may cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, email us at viarelinebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but you are not required to.

Once you have told us, send the items back within 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used at checkout. There is no fee for the refund itself.
